On Antonio’s mouth there was not enough space for upper teeth. This lack of space blocked the upper left canine at the top and caused the deviation of the upper centre line.

Low friction brackets and an intraoral distalizing device for the left side were placed. After twelve months the alignment goals, the correction of the centre line and the occlusion have been achieved.

Antonio follows a retention phase to assure the stability of the results.
