Rosa did not have enough space for the upper and inner teeth and had incorrect position of the upper right canine.

After studying the case and speaking to Rosa, we decided to extract the upper right premolar so that we gain space to place the canine.

We placed Clarity SL aesthetic brackets (low friction ceramic brackets) and after 16 months treatment we observe the aesthetic and occlusal result. We can say that there is no difference between the side where a tooth has been removed and the side that has not been touched.

After removing the brackets, she decided to fix the fracture of the upper left incisor.
