The European Orthodontic Society Congress, presided by Dr Suárez Quintanilla was held in the magnificent city of Santiago de Compostela between the 18th and the 23rd of June. Dr Leandro Fernández attended the congress due to his keenness to keep up to date with all the new techniques and scientific advances in orthodontics which are divulged in Europe. Dr Fernández’s attendance was important in order to give his patients the best treatment, to have the best training possible and to continue recycling and improving day by day.
Taking advantage of his attendance, 3M’s European management asked him to provide training and clinical assistance to the Doctors who approached the 3M stand with any questions about any of the systems in which Dr Fernández is expert (both the Incognito Lingual System and the Smartclip and Clarity SL self-ligating systems). 3M Unitek is a very serious and responsible company, devoted to the Doctors using its products being able to bring out their full potential by offering the best training and technical information.
When Dr Fernández was holding consultations at the 3M Unitek stand, many of those attending approached, even with clinical models and x-rays in order to consult with Dr Fernández on the best way to approach clinical problems which arose in their day to day activity and for those who didn’t have the necessary experience. For Dr Fernández it was a real pleasure to assist his professional colleagues and help them to take the same path he had taken. Those attending mentioned to the delegates that the information they acquired had been useful and perfectly applicable to their daily practice. Congratulations!
