Nos han visitado en Octubre ’11
In October we had two orthodontists interested in knowing our working way regarding the management and the clinical part that we carry out with the self-ligating systems (Smartclip and Clarity SL) in our clinics, as well as with Incognito lingual orthodontics, both systems made by 3M Unitek.
From Portugal we were visited by Dr Abilio Melo, who is a highly reputed professional that divides his job between his clinic (he has a clinic in Oporto, to the north of the country, and he also works at the Hospital da Trofa) and the teaching, since he also works as a lecturer.
In addition, we had Dr José María Alamán about halfway through the month. He has a clinic in Madrid and he also practises as a lecturer in several postgraduate Orthodontics courses at the Universidad Complutense and at the Hospital de la Princesa in Madrid.
Both of them had the chance to see Dr Leandro Fernandezs and his team’s handling using Smartclip and Clarity SL self-ligating brackets, apart from observing the job that we do with the Incognito Lingual System.
We hope they have made the most of their visit and that the knowledge they acquired will be useful for their daily practice.
